Bernadette Janson Shares Her Tips on Buying and Renovating a Property for Short Term Rental

In this weeks Episode I had the pleasure of getting inside the mind of Bernadette Janson, founder of The School of Renovating.  Bernadette has been obsessed with renovating since she did her first project at 13 because she realised that by changing her surroundings, it changed the way she felt about herself.

In over 30 years of renovating since, she have discovered that you can solve a lot of life’s problems with renovating.

Bernadette started the School Of Renovating in 2013 to have an impact on the world. She wanted to help creative women to channel their flair and love for homemaking into an income with renovating and Airbnb.

 

She shares her own tips and insights into the purchasing and renovating of property for the short stay industry which I know will give you alot to think about.
